But many people don't realize there are tons of foods you can still eat while losing weight. You just gotta know what to buy!

Let's jump in.
1. Chicken Bacon Wraps
Wrap chicken, turkey bacon, feta cheese and roasted bell peppers in whole wheat tortillas. Add a side of boiled eggs for extra protein.
2. Shrimp Pasta
Whole wheat pasta with shrimp, kale and grape tomatoes. Toss in sesame oil and soy sauce, season with garlic powder, and top with sesame seeds. Compliment with edamame on the side.
3. Brown Rice & Salmon
Steam brown rice and mix with peas, carrots, and a dash of onion powder. Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook in avocado oil.
4. Fruit Salad
(You can use any mixture of fruit from the list below, but this is our fave.) Mix cut-up apples, strawberries, and mango with blueberries, grapes, and cherries. Fold in plain greek yogurt.
5. Trail Mix
(You can use any mixture of nuts and fruits from the list below, but this is our fave.) Mix almonds, cashews, and sunflower seeds with dark chocolate chips, dried blueberries, dried cherries, and dried bananas.
